No probelm. And you stock is much appreciated. I'm certainly not suggesting you spend money just for the benefit of those of us who use you stock, particularly if $$$ is an significant issue. (Sorry to hear that, BTW. I've been there and done that and poor is not fun. )
With respect to the back drop, just as a helpful suggestion, flat bed sheet make prefectly good backdrops or drapes.
On the lens, if you're using the stock Canon lens that comes with the Rebel XT / 350D, no one will ever accuse it of being sharp in the way that leica lenses are. All the same, it is not a terrible lens. If that is what you are using, that makes me think it is a calibration issue. I don't know how much you are into photography, aside from your wonderful stock work. If it is something that you really like, it is often possible to adjust the calibration on lenses yourself, without the necessity spending $$$. (Also, depending on how old the camera is now, it may still be under waranty. Even better! ) While I'm not familiar with that particualr lens, there is probably copious info on the internet about how to DYI calibrate a lens. Also, ~FallisPhoto , who haunts the photography forum on dA is a killer resource on camera repair.
In any event, thanks for all the great stock. You work is greatly appreciated and much admired.

The money issue just got a lot worse recently, because I've been in a lot of trouble with the american goverment (I'm not american, so they're trying to deport me again), that's the only reason I'm annoyed when people say I should spend more money on my stock. I haven't even bought myself new clothing or art supplies (well, I have one new notebook and two new bottles of ink) in almost a year beacause I'm busy spending all my spare money on other stuff for my stock account.
It's not the lens that normally comes with the camera, though, I'd never stoop to that level. I actually saved up money since I was in grade three to buy the camera and the lens, but then there was a bunch of reports of how even though I bought a more expensive lens, it still had a lot of issues. If you look at my DD, you can see how worse my lens was back then. There's a sort of "fringing" on the edges that apparently comes from my cheap-ass lens. Once I fixed my lens a bit it got a whole lot better, but it's never going to be great.
The only plain sheet I have is really dark and messes with my stock photos. That's a lie, actually, I also do have a plain white sheet, but it's nearly impossible to remove me from a white background because my skin is so pale. I've been trying to save up for a plain sheet that doesn't match my skin, but isn't too dark or colourful, but they cost a lot of money. Partly becuase most come in sets with pillowcases and fitted sheets, but I can't just buy fabric, because it's pre-cut too narrow.
It's not like I'm too lazy or anything, as I've really thought most of this out already... I constantly do feel bad my stock isn't as nice as it should be, and I appreciate your suggestions, but I just can't afford new stuff at the moment. That's all there is to it.
