I saw this pic quite long ago for the first time. And I still think it is absolutely amazing, and the best of all your did.
There's taste in it, and moderation, and beauty, and that blue ball is just a great choice, as a point of attraction.

I would have been tempted to make the ball gag match the colour of the dress but other than that this is seriously impressive.

I'd love to take credit for the painted look - but for this one the base image was an old painting.
I just kept my changes in the same style.

I understood that it was a painting, just that you made the props look like they'd been painted. thats really hard to do.
What programs do you use?

I use 2 drawing apps on my Android phone.
1. Picsay Pro (pro version is $4). This is great for merging and blending separate images together. It also has a "warp brush" tool that allows you to push parts of the image around. I use the warp brush to alter facial features when adding a gag.
2. Artflow (free). Drawing and painting app that supports multiple layers. Excellent for altering colours, contrast, shading, and adding texture.
