Really nice drawing, here. The way you drew this gives me a feeling of calmness, and I really like how it looks. Seeing the snow all around really adds a nice touch to the drawing, and make this seem even more like Jack Frost.
The one thing that really draws me to this though, is his hair. While that might seem strange, the hair is nicely drawn and looks as if it's had lots of attention. The smile he has makes it truly add to the drawing. With his smile it makes me happy as well, wishing that I could fly around just like him. The detail you've put into his eyes is really good. I'm rather bad when it comes to drawing eyes, so I'm always up for looking at other people's works who have nicely drawn eyes. This drawing being one of those. I feel that the cool colors just kind of collide with each other, really making this piece stand out from the others.
