Dark Link is playable. He's an alternate costume for Link. You can only het it if you purchase the DLC season pass.

I bought the season before they released the Master Quest one, granting a Dark Link costume. I even have two OoT costumes on it. One for Link and one for Princess Zelda. I hope Romani and Cremia get put in the MM Pack as playable characters. I also hope to see Anju in it.

They did announce that they are making changes in the remake. Hopefully, Anju becomes an unlockable playable character, along with Romani and Cremia.
