This looks great. The moment I saw it, I was like "Yes! More HTTYD fan art from you!"
I love how much detail and effort you've put into this, and I'm a bit jealous at your skills with drawing with a mouse. I draw with one for all my digital art so yeah, lol.
Over all though it looks great and I love the personality you have put into this.
I'd also like to say how I love the background colors, they go well with everything else in this lovely piece of art.

It's just practice, to be honest. Actually proportions are the hardest part of any drawing/painting for me, so it takes me a lot of time to make the first sketch, but the rest come with how I feel about the work. Practicing gives you that feeling what's right and what's not. I look at my first works and I know they're wrong.
