Kakuzu heals Hidan for the first time.

Hidan is still unconscious. His eyes shot open as a reflex.

Hidan calms down once Kakuzu's hand is out of his body.... I imagine it still hurts, but Kakuzu's hand was exploring around in there.... stretching out his skin... I can only imagine the level of pain he must of felt, even if he was asleep... it probably still hurt.

This is probably why doctors put you to drug induced sleep when your experiencing surgery. Cause otherwise, I imagine the pain of having you cut open with strange hands prodding you hurts worse then all I can ever imagine.
