That's a good girl Konan, Bring Kakuzu a little down to earth.
(Might want to look through chapters One and Two to understand his anger. This goes beyond the mission.)
Kakuzu can lose his temper quickly, and I really think he has had enough Hidan-ness then he could ever handle.
I admire Konan's boldness to stand right in front of him, as if knowing he wouldn't dare kill her. (though the reality, he could snap her neck without a second thought.)
Because Kakuzu can forget Akatsuki's goals when he becomes enraged. I mean... Come on, we are talking about the guy who attempted to KILL Naruto despite the fact that they needed him alive.
I'm tired... I'm pissed! I'm nearly dying!!! I wanta go home!

I don't know why, but I find it romantic (in a platonic way) that Konan is the main reason Sasori joined Akatsuki. He saw the beauty and art in her jutsu. He even mentioned he wanted her for his living puppet collection. I don't imagine Sasori pursues this thought, because he's not as obsessive as Hidan. (sure, he makes human puppets, but he probably gave up on turning Konan into a puppet once they became allies.)
But I like to think those two stayed good friends. They didn't talk about anything serious, or shared secrets or anything like that... I imagine they just can sit together and enjoy eachother's company, and talk about art.
Although, I imagine Konan being more stuck up about it, and not really interested in talking to Sasori as much as Sasori was interested in talking to her.

Like I kind of secretly pair Konan with everyone in the Akatsuki. But not really seriously. Not like I whore her out or anything, she's a classy lady.
I do not think any one of the Akatsuki would be so stupid as to peruse a "crush" on a whim when Pein is around. They don't want a death wish and respect Konan too much to treat her like a "catch" to be perused.
HIDAN HOWEVER IS A FUCKIN' DIFFERENT STORY ENTIRELY. He will pursue what he wants, even if he doesn't understand what that something is.
I just think all of the Akatsuki has a small crush on her in their own way. (you see a lot of my KakuKona moments... also my ZetKona moments.(white zetsu grins idiotically when he gives her her flower back) .. and even some second-hand DeiKona moments. XD)
