*sigh* Comic Relief! THANK-YOU! the last five pages seemed so heavy, so this was a little breather for me.
I love how quickly the conversation between Tobi and Hidan changes from funny, to serious, then to funny again. But it fits with their personalitys.
Tobi switches back and forth from "Good boy Tobi" to "Mandara Tobi"
and Hidan switches back and forth from "Little child Hidan" to "Angry adult Hidan" XD
So you can see why the mood of the conversation changes so quickly.

Pannel 10: Hidan doesn't know whether it was a bad dream or not. He saw himself kill Kakuzu. and that part of himself was happy.... but his inner child wasn't.

The last Line Tobi says in this page: Is the turning point of this whole story. Plus: He's in Mandara mode when he says it. And it is important. So remember that last line.
"You know, You and Kakuzu might not realize it yet but... You act.... like brothers...."

And Tobi is going to go a little full Mandara in the next one.
