Description Ya know, I think this picture came out to be very good.

Tsutarja, the 5th generation pokemon is holding a balloon, heading to his friends house, Pokabu, the fire pig. As in the Jolteon and Glaceon picture, I did the same technique with the twig and ink. I really like tsutarja and is probably my favorite 5th generation pokemon!
