Sailor Moon fan art challenge number 2! I'm planning on doing this in order, so as to not get stuck on the less exciting characters at the end.

My goal was to make this delicate, soft, and pretty. I also was working with some different techniques in Photoshop to make it look like it was traditionally painted/colored. This piece represents a lot of learning and experimentation, I definitely feel comfortable with the pen tool now! I also think I'm going to do Usagi over again after what I learned on this piece.

The kanji says "Tsukino Ikuko".
