When I look at things like a stone bridge, it gives me a new respect for the craftsmanship and skill it took to create something like that without the tools & equipment that we have today. Have you ever looked at a particular place and wonder what happened there a hundred or 200 years ago? How many horse & buggies have crossed there? Was it a favorite spot for thieves to lay in wait for their next victim? Maybe a favorite fishing spot for some young lad? Or a secret meeting place for 2 young lovers?
