Another Scorecard, this time for the Second Generation of Pokemon. These 'mons are overall a bit better in my mind than the Gen 1 roster, though there are still a number of them that I'm neutral towards such as Sunkern or Bayleaf. But still I'd say it's an overall improvment over Gen 1. But..who knows, what are your opinions? Let me know down in the comments, and I hope you enjoy my rankings.
