Backstory:
Once a member of a large Luxray pride, Lightning spent most of her days hunting. One day, she accidentally strayed into another pride's territory, and she was found by Terra. While he told her to leave and never return, she kept returning to see him, charmed by him in a way. And over time, he grew fond of her. So when Sinoku decided to eradicate her pride for revenge, Terra saved her. Invited her into the pride, the two eventually had a son, Sparks.

Unfortunately, Sinoku considered this marrage a betrayal on Terra's part, and also didn't approve of their son's pacifistic ways. So, he conspried with Xerxes, agreeing to give the two Luxray over to him. So one day, the family found themselves surrounded by the pride's hunters and chased off. Terra and Lightning were separated from their son, and they ended up used as lab rats by Xerxes for many years.

Fortunately, Freya's breakout also released Terra and Lightning, allowing them to escape and reunite with their son in Water Gate Town. They didn't get to enjoy their new home for long, since their son had to move to Lively City. Now living with the ESS and Excalibur, both father and mother spend time with their son, slowly becoming acquainted with civilian life.

Personality:
While a girl with a loving demeanor, she is also quite the sassy type. Throwing in little jokey comments towards the ones she's quite close to, especially when Terra is involved, though she was known to joke with her hunting mates. Also in line with her Sassy personality, she tends to be a slight bit full of herself, though not in a bad way. Not so lining up with her sassy personality though is the fact that she isn't quite as cocky as you'd expect someone like her to be.  Be careful to not get her angry though, because when she is..OH BOY is she a cruel mistress. She's nowhere near as easy to anger as most Luxray, but push her too far and she is just as ruthless as they come. All and all, as long as you stay off her bad side and don't take her comments too seriously, she's a fun girl to be around.

- She's actually seen a Latias fly by her old home when she was younger.
-   Originally, her and Terra were going to be truly dead, though this was changed to make Sparks's life a lot less gloomy.
