it looks as if she wasn't really expecting it and Enya was way more too powerful for her. she tried to keep up but seeing she is no match, she chose to die in the right moment. enough to preserve all woman's charm and grace.
after all... a woman's dignity has beauty as a component.

sure. I don't know if she had the time to choose it, but I like this "choose to die" concept, because it reveals a lot of who is doing it.
More than that, I can say that not any opponent deserves it... in general, they deserve a fight to death... maybe Enya was worthful and Juliet chooses to let her kills she.
