Why did I draw Vaati's head so big...And why can't I draw people hugging? ;n;

So this is my last-minute entry for a contest going on over at It's last-minute 'cuz I didn't have time to work on it until now

This is also my first time drawing my favorite villain from the LoZ series, and I'm very happy with how it came out! I think my favorite part of this piece is Vaati's hair for some reason.

I drew some inspiration for this drawing from as well. She's written some fanfictions in which these four star: Link (front left), Vaati (front right), Gufuu (back left), and Dark (back right). I suggest you go check out her stuff, by all means. I love the relationship she portrays between Link and Vaati, how they are just very good friends.

My idea with this is that Link just gave Vaati a female cucco plushie as a Christmas gift to accompany the other cucco plushie that Vaati obtained during the course of one of MayJasmine's fanfictions. To show his gratitude, the young sorcerer is giving the green hero a hug!

That's about all. Sorry if this description feels disjointed at all. It's very late where I am and I can't be bothered too much with sentence flow when I'm tired. I'll try to re-write it if I see some other time that it is really, really bad.

Oh, and whoever figures out what I did with the (really crappy) Christmas lights on the ceiling gets a cookie!

EDIT: Just a warning, I'm not sure why, but for some reason, whenever I try to watch the Redraw of this, it crashes my web browser. I don't know if it's because my laptop is crappy or what, but I just thought I should warn anyone who reads this about that problem.
