Ohh it's been a while since I did a sonic character in this style, and Rouge is actually a lot more difficult to compose in comparison to Amy and Tikal lol. I struggled with a lot of sketches to get a composition I liked, but it worked out in the end! But on the upside I really like her colour palette, and thoroughly enjoyed colouring this :3 I wanted her design to more encompass the game she debuted in because both SA2 and heroes had the best iteration of her, and the best writing for her really. Still hankering for some remakes with even more writing and levels, SA1 and 2 could do with a all new rehaul :3 But gotta wait for them to be ready to do that first :3
