Description Missed the deadline by a day but still; Hype for mania plus! The first Sonic game i've actually been interested in for like 12 years lol. The last "new" sonic game I played before mania was '06 xD Forces peaked a little curiosity but I didn't play it, i watched the GGs play it, and it was a really small game compared to what I thought it would be... but it had an interesting concept! Just wish it had more to it :/ Hopefully though with Mania and forces doing fairly okay, And with the awesome Mania animations they have been making, Sonic team can start putting the franchise back together! :3Β

Regarding the artwork... i'm not happy with this one, In fact I debated even continuing with it while colouring because I was convinced it wasn't how I wanted it to look. But I can get behind it now, It pulled together... kinda... Meh. I hope you all like it though! It's definitely a big step out of my comfort zone so I hope it looks good to you guys

--------

Characters Sonic, knuckles, Tails, Ray, Mighty, Metal, and Eggers concepts and design belongs to the Sonic franchise, and both characters, and logo are designed around the game 'Sonic Mania' (Plus) specifically. I only own the artwork seen here.Β Do not attempt to steal design or claim as your own, It belongs to me - AuraGoddess.

I played Sonic Mania, though I haven’t played Plus yet. I do look forward to be playing Plus and the Encore dlc in the near future though :3

Awesome! ^^ I feel like for just a tiny bit more money you can't go wrong really! I haven't gotten too far into the extra story yet but it's alright, they definitely did a better job at hiding the secret stages though as I cant find any xD

Random thought, but stuff like finding secret stages makes me wish Nintendo Power was still around as a magazine. Though I never owned a copy (pretty much because of my age and where I live), I’ve always found the concept of having a physical magazine help guide you through a game pretty cool. Even though we live in an era where tips and tricks for games can easily be found on the internet, it would be a really cool niche thing to have tutorial magazines still be around :3
(Again, sorry for the random rant haha)

It's always great having some sort of guide, and the magazines looked like they were really popular back when it was still going. I never owned a copy of the power magazines either but I did used to have a few of the large nintendo walkthrough books that they produced for the bigger games. Back when they didn't cost an arm and a leg though xD I liked them because it was like having art and the perfect source of inspiration around, plus collectables were tricky and the large walkthroughs even showed you some glitches in them which I thought was a really cool thing for them to do It's a shame... the era of magazines has faded a lot because of how much it costs to produce even a single one and not many people buy them anymore :/ While the internet is important it's a shame it's sacrificed the physical mediums Β

(No problem, I love talking about this stuff! ^^)

Yeah, I guess it really is sad to see physical media and stuff go away, since I used to like having physical copies of games I own.
On a sidenote, I do enjoy listening to the Nintendo Power Podcast, so it lives on in a way :3

yeah, now it's all downloads. I suppose you don't have to worry about breaking it though but I feel like having disks and stuff made you care and cherish them more :S It's nice to look back on a collection of old games as well and remember them fondly Yeah, and I'm sure it will keep going strong too ^^Β
