This is Red Eagle the Passenger Engine or Eagle for short.

Origin: In 1910, some workshop on the Furness Railway, decided to build a mixed traffic locomotive that can pull both passenger and goods trains. They decided to build him out of different engine parts and made it into a mogul tender engine. They decided to name the engine Winston, but the engine wasn't very fond of the name. When a baby eagle landed on his running board, the engine decided to call himself the Red Eagle or Eagle for short. The men decided to stick to that. One day in 1913, he was sent to Sodor to help with the construction of the North Western Railway. He pulled both passengers and goods trains. When the Railway completed, Red Eagle still did both passengers and goods work. After World War 2, he was sold to the Foxy Railway. Red Eagle then worked on the Foxy Railway pulling both passengers and goods on the mainline and still does it to this day. One more thing, Red Eagle has a similar shape to James's TV series and CGI model, but in different colors, which was explained why James was drawn like Red Eagle in both the Railway Series books and the TV show.

Color: Red Eagle or Eagle is painted in Furness Railway red with scarlet lining. His nameplates are bright red with tail-lamp red frames and his number plate, 5 got the same treatment along with his Foxy Railway logos. Like James, he has a shiny golden dome. He also has bright red wheels.

Personalities: When Red Eagle was young, he was very impatient and eager when it came to his work, but over the years, he has matured and now is patient and calm engine who takes his time and in a good way.
