I think it depends on how you made them. "Tooled" dolls are (to the best of my knowledge) made using Photoshop or other programs with blending and layers.

Thank you ^^ And yea I used Photoshop to create them but at same time I only used one layer and a 1 px pencil, so thats kinda like pixeled too? I dont know its confusing XD
