Description
Got up early in the morning on November 8 at around 4 am to observe the lunar eclipse. There were clouds beforehand but it cleared up just in time as the moon entered the Earth's umbra. The conditions were also extremely humid to the point that my Dobsonian telescope had a thick layer of dew on the tube. I was only out for over an hour before the moon set below the horizon, but I enjoyed the experience and wanted to share what I saw. This was taken on my iPhone on a 30mm Wide Field eyepiece yielding 42x magnification. This is the last lunar eclipse that we had until the next one in 2025.
