Shadow of course is a proud father of Maria, his only daughter with Sally.
Sally sadly passes away from some unknown illness and Shadow falls into a depression.
Scourge who is a slave under Shadow, a gift to him starts to actually make him feel better and is by his side
when Shadow ends up finding Sonic on the streets and takes him in.
Sonic and Shadow start to have a relationship while Scourge is pushed aside.
Sonic the Hedgehog and Shadow the Hedgehog belong to SEGA
