It's just so beautiful and wonderfully written I love how you can see exactly what this piece of art is trying to say and it is lovely! I have not seen anything like it except for your first part! The technique is completely unique and it leaves a strong impact on the reader who wants to see this kind of art. It is truly something people want to see! And it is so incredibly detailed as well. daww Celestia looks soo beautiful!! ^_^ Also, I've always kinda seen this ship being somewhat real deal.. I mean, Celestia and Discord have been around for the same time line.. Hehe It intrigues me that Discord would be at magic academy too. ^_^ Also, I think that might be why he was turned to stone the first time, Celestia and Discord had a bit of a quarrel and Luna found out and well, the crap hit the literal fan on that one.. Good art!!

The past can be rather tricky to work with, especially concerning Celestia, Luna and Discord since season 4 retconned so many things.
The origins of the elements of harmony, the battle with Discord & Celestia/Luna, NNM all had major implications.
Because the castle of the Two Sisters were where Celestia and Luna lived before NNM's insurrection. I'm not sure the royal capital of Canterlot existed before NNM. Going by this logic, it seems like Canterlot was made into the royal capital after NNM was sealed into the moon. Most likely because living in that castle of Two sister had too many painful memories for Celestia.
Before facing Discord, it looks like Celestia and Luna just got the Elements of Harmony from the tree.
But when writing fanfiction concerning an ongoing show, there's bound to be plotholes and conflict with continuity. Some parts of the show even has some of its own conflicts regarding continuity.
So, history is a popular and treacherous topic/debate among reviewers and fanfic writers.
Nevertheless, I am interested to see where the story goes. Discord and Celestia are both some of my favorite characters even though I don't really ship them. XD
