The Flygon could either absorb him completely, essentially turning him into more rubber, or it could just hop and fly around to give him a good scare and make him feel dominated. Second option is more likely with this particular Flygon.

Flygon glances down at you, a bit taken aback by someone actually asking for a ride. The look of mild surprise is quickly replaced by a sly grin, then Flygon raises a rubbery claw and points over your right shoulder in an attempt to get you to look.

I step back and look at its claw as it lifts. While I have a good view of the large, rubbery creature's form, I don't notice the sly grin, being too anxious with excitement. "What is it?" I ask, turning my head from the claw toward the right to try to figure out where it's pointing.

Looking in the direction Flygon is pointing reveals nothing out of the ordinary. No one else is around, it's just you and him. Just when you were about to turn back to face the large, rubbery dragon Pokemon, a thick tail snakes its way in between your legs and literally tosses you into the air. Despite being made out of the rubber, the Flygon doesn't seem to be lacking in the strength department. In one swift movement, Flygon arches his back so that you'll land directly in front of his wings - right where he wanted you.

I suddenly yelp in surprise at being tossed into the air. The whole process feels strange against my legs, but I don't even realize what must have happened until I'm well away from the tail. As I start to fall back toward the d, flailing pathetically, I manage to look at where I'm headed. It actually helps me calm down a little, seeing that there was where I was asking to climb onto in the first place. I brace for impact against his rubbery, stretchable back, reaching around to lay down on my stomach and wrap my arms around his neck.

You land squarely on the Flygon's rubbery back, causing it to squish inward for a moment before stretching back into place. Flygon leans back on his haunches, and you hear what sounds like slurping around your legs and thighs. Flygon's body morphs, and a thick goopy substance begins wrapping itself around your lower half, sealing you firmly to Flygon's back. 

You feel yourself being pulled downward slightly, further into Flygon's body, sort of like quicksand. It seems possible that he could literally pull your entire body inside his own, but that doesn't seem to be what he's after. Regardless, any attempt at shifting around will result in Flygon's rubbery skin sliding you back in place with a squishing sound. 

His thick rubbery tail swishes from side to side in apparent amusement, and Flygon squats down. If you've observed the species before, you'll realize that this is what they do when they're about to take to the sky.

After I slam a little roughly into the Flygon's back, stretching and flexing it, I feel around it's neck with my hand, eager to feel the strange texture of the rubber that the creature is comprised of. Almost immediately, I flinch, however, feeling something warm and gooey begin to goop onto my legs. "Huh?" I wonder out loud, looking back at the liquid rubber starting to cover my lower half. "What are you doing... Is this to better hold on..? Uh oh..." I realize he's about to take off, and despite the fact that this is what I was waiting for, to be able to ride with him, I can't help but feel a little anxiety and fear, like how I'd feel climbing to the top of a roller coaster and looking down at the first drop.

Flygon tilts his head to the side ever so slightly, just enough for you to see his sly grin widen into a mischievous smirk. He pushes off the ground with one kick of his powerful hind legs, and rockets into the sky. The g-forces cause you to sink further into Flygon's rubbery body. The moment he levels out however, you get suctioned right back into your original position. 

Flygon's rubbery skin is selectively adhesive. It was as if he could control when it became sticky and when it was just a smooth rubbery texture. Right now your legs are firmly in his grasp, but your hands are able to feel the latex-like skin without becoming stuck in place. It functions very much like a sort of liquid latex, able to morph at the will of the Flygon. 

For a brief moment, it seemed like your ride was about to become tranquil. Then, just as you were starting to get comfortable, well, as much as you could in this situation, Flygon takes a nose dive straight towards the ground. The butterflies in your stomach plummet, just as they would when plunging down the steep first drop on a roller coaster.

Really depends on the nature of the Flygon. He could keep him there permanently or release him after a period of time.
