Thank you! ^_^ I just wish I still had the source data for the project. My old comp died and ate the multilayer file that was the basis for this work. ... If I ever finish, I've got to probably start over. >_>

Heh. Thanks. Of course, ,,, remember to give credit to the original artist, too. I just colored this with her permission. ^_^

Just a little update: Sorry I haven't been able to get anything further done on this. PSP is acting up and won't open. Trying to figure out what's wrong. As soon as it's working again, I'll be able to finish this ...

Biff's skin looks sunburned. :/
Can you fix it and make it fair/ivory? (Sorry for saying this. )

Okay, ... I think that ought to do it. How's this?

A little more lighter, just about as light as Jenner's skin.

AuroraGriffin In reply to Stitchpunk89 [2012-12-04 04:50:13 +0000 UTC]
Okay, that should do it. It's about a 2 or 3 percent diff. Any more and there will be no diff. LOL!

AuroraGriffin In reply to Stitchpunk89 [2012-12-04 20:13:40 +0000 UTC]
LOLOLOL!!! Alright!
Glad we got it to the point that we both like it. I wouldn't have felt good about working on it more, if I couldn't get something the way I need it to be -- or to the point you like the results, too.
Now, when I get some time, I'll work some more on this ...

Hm. ... About 5% in the other direction then. ... Won't be much diff when done, I guess. XD

So, should I just make both the same complexion? ... I'll see what I can do.

KYAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!! THIS IS SO AWESOME!!!!!
but one little thing, one artist to another; I thought that maybe Jenner's skin tone would be a bit paler while Brisby's would be a bit tan, what with him living underground and her being a field mouse. but that's just me.
again, THIS IS SO AWESOME~!!!! I cant wait to see what it looks like all finished!!!

Okay, so, ... I did some tweaks. Glad to have gotten some work done on it.
Now, I guess, I'm off to do some of my World of Warcraft Dailies!
(Does anyone else think the difficulty of some the new quests for Domination Point in Krasarang Wilds needs to be nerfed a bit? It's really not worth the repair bill of my gear right now. LOL!)

Your friend mentioned the idea of the edit, too. But did not supply the reason you just gave.
I think that makes perfect sense.
Just I wanted to make there be a difference -- and got the idea of him being dark in more than the one way. LOL!
Okay, so when I get back into it, I'll see if I can swap the complexions without wrecking my work. x)

This looks great, its beautiful so far, though I'd fix Jenner's skin color (make it very fair (like pale/paper white)) & Jenner's sleeves are suppose to be dark purple or violet.
PS: I like Biff's hair color, but I think its suppose to be light brown.
Sorry, I'm very picky about colors. -^^-

Well, it is a WIP. I'll fix these as I go.
LOL, I wanted Jenner to have a different complexion, but now, the idea he's supposed to be pale makes him look sunburned here!
The sleeve. In screenshots, they look pink, which definitely doesn't feel right. I'll see what I can do to shift the hue to something we both like.
Brisby's hair. Easy enough to fix, when I fee like getting back into it ...

I use Paint Shop Pro 5.
I know, last I checked, there was a Version 9, but I didn't like it, because I could figure out how to make it do what I need, so I downgraded back to PSP 5.

I see. I'm getting really close to getting a macbook pro laptop (about $400 away) for myself so I can do my stories and make my pictures better with Adobe Photoshop. (I think you can paint with Photoshop, right?)

I dunno. I think I used to have Photoshop installed to a past system, but I only used it for special effect touch-ups ...
