To be honest, I have no idea what sparked me to do this, it just kinda came to mind lol. It is a pic I've been wanting to do though as I absolutely love Outlaw Star. Plus that Toonami vid was always one of my favs as well, along with "Mad Rhetoric." But yeah, not sure why this all came flooding back right now.

One of my favorite Toonami ads and I grew up with it. Priceless programming. CTN at it's finest. It took it's viewers, even young, seriously. I appreciated that as a child.

Sometimes, it's the decisions we make on a whim, where with little to no prompting we are struck by a sudden urge, that end up being among those we end up considering to be our best. Outlaw Star has been my favorite show ever since I first saw it back in January of 2001, over 14 years ago now. It was on a whim that I turned the channel to Cartoon Network right when the first episode aired on Cartoon Network. Four years later, it was without any outward influence that I decided to type Outlaw Star into the Google search engine, which would eventually culminate in me ordering the entire DVD box set shortly afterwards. And approximately a month ago, it was a spur of the moment decision to hang around in a lecture hall on my campus used for Riff Club once that week's screening ended, hook up my laptop to the projector, and start playing a high definition version of the first episode I managed to find on YouTube. I may not be able to help you figure out what, if anything, prompted your decision, but I'm sure happy it happened and you went through with it!
