A dream?

... I suppose there is one. Sometimes, when I close my eyes and allow my mind to drift, I feel as though I can almost remember what... who I was before I died. Before I needed to drink others' life to live, to sate an insatiable thirst. Before, when I had those I cared for, and those who cared for me.

But I never see more than a glimpse. After all, that was from a different existence. I've died in life. Now I live in death.

Sometimes Kurosawa gets flashes of memories from before his death. Sometimes full dreams, but they usually fade into oblivion when he returns to reality.

I'll say that he was a Dragonite. The design is iffy since this is a speedpaint but you get the idea.

(He's not obnoxiously orange because I really dislike orange. I drew from the teal that's present in Dragonite wings. And clothes are, well, clothes. There's still orange horn, though.

Dragonites are good Pokemon, but they have really poor taste in color and body shape. And Dragonair was so beautiful too.)

Also! About him drinking life force. To live, he need only consume one life every hundred years. When he's considerably injured, the craving is much stronger. He doesn't need to kill the source to feed, but doing so is much more efficient.
