ok, so....yesterday my mum came over with a pamphlet and a business card for an art studio looking for tutors. i rang the studio and they want me to come in on monday with some examples of my work to see if i fit the bill. they are looking for a pencil artist and they said i would start off doing kids classes. SO, since yesterday till sunday nite i am having a draw-a-thon with my pencils to better vamp my portfolio...which is 98% digital at the moment. eek.they are going to look for a digital tutor at the start of next year so no point going in with those guns blazing yet...i can just simmer on that. lol. but even so...because i know Adobe PS she also wants me to call the uni as they are looking for lecturers on PS...eep again.
anyways, all that exciting stuff aside, this is a coloured pencil lion cub, um....gosh....6 hours? maybe? 10x20 inch or something close to that? (no ruler) sorry bout the poopy photo, i will grab a better one when the cam batteries recharge.

cheers darl...unfortunatly i did get the job, but the employer didnt bother to contact me until 4 hours before i started a class to tell me she hadnt advertised or set it up or anything. so, complete waste of time.

Eesh. Going from a Triple A to a double A school sucks a lot. I have all study halls really (they don't offer as many classes). I basicly go to waste my life and education. Less stressful though, I feel so much more at home. It's nice having a room, especially with a PC and TV in it. It's peaceful. Our neighbors have horses with is also nice. I live up the road from two friends and an ex, actually. Beside the park and the basketball court. It's nice. <3 Thanks for asking <3<3

not a lot, going to the uni and an art studio on thursday because they want to see about getting me to tutor coloured pencils and digital stuff to kids and uni students. um, trying to see if this house we applied for is ours or not...erm...painting...drawing like mad for my portfolio. my hands are so sore. um...starting the raffle-draw commissions...yar! lol

OMG! thats an amazing pic that you have drawn here. You are so talented and I am sure you will kick ass as a lecturer, but dont get caught doing it or else you will be sent packing
