Ah the licker, the pinnacle of humanoid monster design, I think. Exposed brain, skinned and long tongue, It's so simple, yet so... Awesome.
Wait a second, this isn't the resident evil licker! It seems to be some sort of bovine satanic beast, endowed with large tongue. And is even awesomer than the RE beast!
