Here's One Part that is going apart in T&MM Rewrite, but I am still in the progress of the rewritten story, so anyways, here's the Base.

This Base Is supposed to be The Modern A5 with Streamlined skirting, not to mention this base is also a 4-6-4 Hutson Wheel configuration. So I Mixed it from base 5AT Modern With A3/4 Base.
And I thought, Called This Class The Peassgner Streamlined A5 Class.
