Here's a synopsis of what's going on in the image:
Cortez is being antisocial (He's kind of a loner), Rafael's trying to convince him to be a bit more friendly, Bonechill's telling Raf to watch where he's pointing his wing-blades, Bonetail is shying away from the others (he's mute), Stallord's thinking about...something, i dunno what, Death Sword is staring off into space, Zombone is trying to get DS's attention, and Hydra is just being bored while one of his heads is questioning Zombone's sanity.
