I'm not inmune to cute Baby Kion, so have a quick sketch xD

But if you have seen my liveblogs, i also was dissapointed to see that Kion used to have an outsider nose! so I incorporated it into my current adult kion design and i love it.

Also i wanted to use this post to explain how i see The Roar:

I have been reading some african religion, specifically Bantu religion, and the interesting part is the ancestor workshipping. In a short explanation: the ancestors are basically gods, and they can give blessings or illness depending on what the person asks them too.

Now, it's clear that The Lion Guard follows this. So aplying that to the Roar, my interpretation of what it is is the next:

The Leader of Guard has the Roar, but it's not The Force 2.0. It's a way to communicate with The Lions of the Past. It's a way to send their prayers so the Lions of the Past listen, and depending on the request, they will fullfil it. The Leader doesn't have any extra powers, The Roar of the Elders is not a physical force, but rather a way to send a message to the sky. And the Roar is mostly used to produce natural disaster or tweak with nature forces. For example: The cloud Zira tells Kion to Roar at so it can rain in Jasiri's territory. Or Askari's Roar making it rain to stop a fire in the Tree of Life. All of them. in my verse, were requests that the Lions of the Past granted.
What about Scar then? In my verse. he asked for a rockslide when he killed his guard, but in his anger, he let slip in his mind that the rockslide was for killing innocent animals, and so that's when the Lions of the Past take him the Roar away.
That's the gist of it basically.
