Looks cool! The only thing that seems off are the antlers to me. Maybe its the pink? Or the outline of them? Maybe if the outline and color were a touch darker?
And I can see the hooves and eyes are also pink too, but they don't seem as off as the antlers are to me...I can't really put my finger on it, but the antlers themselves just seem to stand apart from the rest of the character. O_o

I think it might be the shape, I'm still trying to figure out the 'flat' sort of antlers that he and his sister have.

Flat antlers? What do you mean?

Not sure quite how to describe them, but the ones that lie flat across his head like the ones here, and the ones that go up like this .

Oh, you mean antlers that are more "swept back" instead of a traditional "up and around" antler growth? Not too many antlers in nature that grow like that unless they are "horns"...
If I had to make a recommendation...I would recommend looking at adolescent bull elk antlers. Of all deer species that I know, they have great antlers for the "swept back" antlers you may be looking for.

Here's a couple examples for reference;

I recommend the adolescent elk bulls because a full grown adult have super large antlers that start to curve and bend more than the adolescent bulls, and young elk bulls basically only have...sticks for antlers. XD

That's what I mean, yeah! Antlers I've been meaning to practice more in general, too, along with wings.

Antlers are a bit difficult with all the curves and prongs. I have a couple of characters with Chital deer antlers, and I always need to look up references for angles and directions. XD
Takes a lot of practice! Glad I can help! ^_^

Yeah the scales looks like fish. Pretty funny texture.

It suits I think, his mother is an eastern dragon, very snaky looking lady.
