This was a pain to work out, so lets do this piece by piece.

--Muzzle--
Sandfairy muzzles vary, so let's stick with sandbuttons like Marshmallow. Sandbuttons are characterized for having traits of both tardigrades and monotremes. Sandbuttons are Priondonts or Gear mouthed sandfairies. The gear is more like tank treads that are propelled with biological magnets to control the rotation speed the gear. The spin of the gear rotates forward with a top lip to lubricate and a bottom mouth to ingest food. Like jawed Terran fauna, these gears have teeth to shred food.Like as if designed by a expert weaponsmith, each priondont gear is designed for a certain food item.
Interesting note, these gears vary from sandfairy to sandfairy. The gear can even make certain noises like chirping of birds or guinea pigs in quick accelerations, giving priondonts the nickname, sandcanaries.

--Bain--
The IQ of most sandfairies are like that of toddlers, giving them another nickname, sandchildren. Has a inner and a outer brain. As for the nervous system, its nerve chord lines the digestive tract and acts as a substitute to a spinal cord. IDK why I made it that way. feel free to throw out pointers and ideas.

--Heart--
Yes, sandfairies bleed, and they have black blood. The black color is possibly do to the diet of practically anything and everything. The heart is simple yet efficient.

--Lithobladder--
The Lithobladder is unique amongst sandfairies of the Priondont lineage. The earliest ancestor of all the priondonts was the Lyran Ancestral Fairy which is now extinct with the fall of their homeworld, Lyra. Not only were they omnivores, they were lithotrophs, particularly of salt. These ancestral traits now live on in all priondonts. It secretes acids to help digest stone and salt.

--Digestive Tract--
The surprising thing about the digestive system is that its reminiscent of tardigrades. I'm still working on this. Plz send help

--Lungs--
Helps sandfairies breath in oxygen when its mixed with another gas, like nitrogen-oxygen or argon-oxygen for example. With oxygen, the sandfairy will shrivel up as a failsafe if oxygen deprived.

--Reproductive System--
All sandfairies have internal cloacas, testes, and ovaries. The kicker is that all sandfairies are hermaphrodites and are oviparous! After mating, the now "females" raise their eggs in a pouch for a period of time that varies with the strain. Eggs hatch into translucent grubs. Grub stage lasts 1 year and adult life starts 2 years later. Even in their adulthood, they still have the personality of toddlers.

--Metabolism--
Mesothermic. Most sandfairies prefer climates within the Subtropics and Tropics. Can't handle extreme cold of temperate winters.
