It Must be a New Piece and Submitted to Deviant Art on or after the 15th of November 2017 and it definitely must Feature A Christmas theme ( to Believe")... that's all there is to it.
Particpate & Create and most important have fun Start date is the 15/11/2017 (15th of November 2017)
End date is the 20/12/2017 (20th of December 2017)
