Description This was a concept done yesterday for an IT recruitment agency placing mid to senior level candidates with salaries between £30k - £250k. (Alright for some!)

They wanted clean, clear, bright and crisp, so I tried to keep as much white space as possible whilst providing a main focus - the banner area, which includes several important call to actions within it.

The client hasn't seen this yet, and has two other possible concepts to choose from created by another two designers at Atelier.

I also created the company a new identity (the logo), which uses a custom made font based on VAG Rounded. I took the 'o' from the default font, and then created the Paradigm letters from this.

Please note the logo does need tidying up and will be looking perfect on the chosen design!

Let me know what you think!

Thanks for your comments Laurie.

I might mess around with the buttons some more If i get time. The 'about' button was showing the hover state in this concept. I wanted it to look like it was being pressed in when you hover it with the mouse.

I think I might write a little 'how-to' on the old blog about the effects in the banner. I learnt something new when I went about creating it! .

It looks really good mate, the banner area is very nicely done, nice effects My one criticism would be the buttons in the banner though, they look really flat (especially "about paradigm") Maybe try bring them to life a bit
