Description
Trying out my new Tokina 400mm telephoto lens at Indian Rocks Beach. It's not quite a super telephoto, and it's a mirror lens so the images don't come out perfectly sharp (from what I've read mirror lenses tend to leave hazy rings on your images and aren't perfectly sharp), and it's also a totally manual lens (no autofocus or aperture control; the aperture is equivalent to F8.0 on a normal lens). It's going to take some getting used to, but it's another tool in the backpack and once I learn it, it should be super useful.
