Personality: She is very energetic, but not too energetic to be like Dudley Puppy, and she is very mature about the situation going on. She is sometimes motherly when it comes to taking care of Evelyn, she is very strict when it comes to Kitty and Dudley fighting (especially since she doesn't want Kitty and Dudley in the same situation as her pathetic excuse for parents did to her), and she is responsible and mature when it comes to PDA at TUFF. She is even has a cold-demeanor about her when she is in contact with Agent Martzner and Agent Katswell.

Background:
Ever since her father, a mutt dog, and mother, a domestic cat, had an affair, they ended up with a mix of a cat-dog child that won't be of use or do anything alone. So, instead of raising the child, they abandoned their daughter in an orphanage. But, the cat girl was a criminal known as Avery Katswell, Kitty Katswell's mother's sister, and the dog was TUFF Agent Matthew Howler, close friend of Peg Puppy and Herbert Dumbrowski.
When the child was put into prison at age 5, she trained herself to be stronger, smarter, and faster than a computer altogether. She ran away from every prison until she met her sister-of-faith, Evelyn, a half-mouse/half-cat girl who has a mother for a criminal (Madelyn Kitzina) and a father for a Tuff Agent (Marcus Rodenz). They escaped prison together and been on their own until they met TUFF and were taken to the lab to find out who they were.
And, by fate, the Chief, Herbert Dumbrowski, knew that the dog/cat girl was his partner along with the mouse/cat girl's father to complete the trio. The cat/dog girl was soon named Andrea Madeline Natalie Howler, and became partners with Evelyn, now a Rodenz, Dudley Puppy, her best friend, and Kitty Katswell, her least favorite cousin. In addition, since she is related to Kitty, she and Evelyn have to work with Andi's not-so-fun-and-so-boring cousin Kitty Katswell and has to listen to her boring plans every time they fight the bad guys.

Love Interest: Marcus Martzner (in 2nd season)

Other: It is stated in her name that she likes to howl a lot since her father is Howler and she is the new Agent Howler since the previous Agent Howler was dead since she turned ten years old. And since she is a cousin of Kitty Katswell, everyone has been calling her Andi Katswell, but that gets Andrea angry when they call her a Katswell since she doesn't acknowledge Kitty as a cousin since she never knew she was alive.
