First off, very well done on the mane and tail, they are stunning and catch attention immediately. Very pretty! I also love that eye, it is very well done and fits the horse and the colours in the picture beautifully.
Well done on positioning the horse on those rocks, although the back right hoof is standing off the edge, but with some healing and cloning i'm sure that can be touched up.

I don't know if it's just my computer being horrible, but the eye just looks like it's the sky, as though the original was taken out and left transperant.
Anyways, besides that, I think it looks really good. The mane and tail are well done, and I love the shadow it casts on the neck! Keep up the good work <3
