where i workedThis is Bodmin Gaol in Cornwall, obviously very old and out of use now, this shot was taken through a little hole inside the prison that must have been a tiny window.

That place is really awful. I went there to see what it was like and had the worst experiences there and the worst feelings. I have no idea how you could have worked there as I would never be brave enough to.

This is a textbook example of creating lines in a photo. After wondering where you took this, I remembered one of my photo teachers in high school talking about lines in images. Well done

Yeah it has a great atmosphere. And it is a very lonely place, I suppose as it was once filled with prisoners screaming and being tortured/executed somehow that plays on the silence and emptiness of the place even more.
