FINALLY GOT THIS DONE AAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!! All thanks to my trusty tablet pen. (I GOT IT WORKING)I just played around with different styles of shading, lighting, floral leaves and my favorite so far, texture. X3
This took 32 layers, and about 4 days. Not bad considering i did all the lineart and background with my finger

Thank you! Though Medibang helps alot with it's zoom-in feature to keep the lines clean, it takes up a lot more time if you're still stuck on symmetry of the buildings ><
