They both look so content! Aside from their expressions, their postures are also very relaxed. I'm happy for them. I liked the impressions made in the grass...and also how you've drawn the folds in their clothing.
At first I thought this was right after the Mizuki-thing, but Iruka still has his forehead protector. Did you have a particular time frame in mind, or just a good day before Naruto became a genin?
