The wording's a bit confusing this time. Mostly because you can't exactly tell who the subject of the sentence is.
"Help me, Higu. I can't lay hands on a lady."
"Dear lady, you are too irritating." OR you can keep the original one. It depends on whether Higu is describing the lady or not.
"How can he do that with only his sleeves?!"
"By using willow twigs. He's my student by the way." This sentence is honestly up to you whether to use it since I'm not sure what you meant by "willow twigs".
