This is my entry to 's Design A Dress Contest.:3
This was totally fun to make and now I feel really inspired to do more cute art.
This is also one of my first times designing a dress really... Sorry if it looks kinda wonky haha. Basically, I was inspired by the moon and stars.
I picture a little girl with glowing stars in her hair wearing this dress...
Also, those little blue sleeve thingies are like... off the shoulder drapes. If that makes sense?
