Description
I based this off the manga and PGSM versions. I decided to do this for a contest at and it's been a lot of fun. I've done all the Inners but I decided to upload them individually since I know we all have our favourites.

This is really cute! Although I can't help but think it'd look good with a contrasting color for the border. When I first saw the thumbnail, Sailor Venus didn't really stand out from the spotted background and it looked kind of unpolished.
One thing I really love though is how you colored the hair! It looks so soft and shiny!
