Alas this is Hikari (Kari) and Tailmon (Gatomon if you watched it in English) form Digimon Adventure!
The drawing looks nothing like the original but i'm pretty proud of the colouring! (not the background tho!!) Anyway, people , if you are free, you should take some time off to watch this anime. It's such a "self discovery" and "self improvement" kind of anime full of comedy and action I can keep watching it and never grow tired!
