Ok, I know, I KNOW this is not the best. I have a better one in stock I'll post perhaps next week. This was, for the most part, just a test on the glow of his hands and the surrounding white glow. The actual effort put into this? very, very little. Hence the disproportionate ear and the lumpy eyes.
But the test was mostly a success, I figured out how to make that perfect white glow and I have a better idea of how to work his hand-glow for the ecto-beams.:> So, overall, I'm proud of the experiment, not so much the quality.

I'm big on gaming. I have an xbox, xbox 360, wii, DS (it's an original and it no longer functions T.T), Nintendo 64 (amazingly, it still works!), Gamecube, and I would be able to add a gameboy advance SP but my cousin borrowed it and it somehow got stolen. -.-

We used to have a Nintendo (not sure if it was 64 or not >_> ) But then my sister fried both controllers about 7 years ago, and by that time, there were no replacement controllers. I was mad at her for a long time. Still am, actually.
I love playing Guitar Hero on the wii, I can't say I've really played anything else on it though. I own a gameboy color and advance sp, but they're so hard to find games for now, and all the games I have are eaaaaaaaaaassssssyyyy..... my mom has an original gameboy, though, which is pretty cool.
The rest is uncharted territory lol.

I used to buy my replacements at gamestop and I plan to buy them on eBay when my current ones mess up. Usually, the characters stop fully running at that point and sometimes run in the wrong direction! XD Link in Ocarina of Time looked like such a dummy that day. It seemed as if he was intentionally running into walls. XDD

When our Nintendo broke, my mom went to walmart. When she couldn't find replacement she decided to scrap it. Never even gave Gamestop, nor internet, the chance.

I seldomly use computer programs to draw. I might clean up a stray line here or there in paint, but I am in no way familiar with digital art. (I think I've done ONE "drawing" in paint and with a mouse - what a nightmare XD and I plan to draw a copy of her by hand to compare them side by side in a post.

I don't use them to draw; perhaps when I get a tablet I'll actually draw in them. But I do all my drawing by hand, then transfer them to computer if the spirit moves me and make it pretty 
It took me a while to get into digital art too, so I wouldn't be too harsh on you. Traditional art is beautiful too :3
Drawing by mouse on a computer is indeed a nightmare. I used to do all my digital art in paint--would take DAYS. Even weeks sometimes. Ugh.
Progress at your own rate, don't force yourself into digital art. Otherwise you won't be happy.

My reason for a new account? Well, there are several, mostly small reasons. One is that people I know but don't really like or want seeing my page know about my page and stop by on an annoyingly frequent basis. Another reason is, that account was created when I was running away from drama and a part of my life which wasn't too pleasant; I look at it kind of like a recovery account, a fresher start where I could recover a bit. But I think the biggest reason is, I was looking at my gallery a few weeks ago, all the way to the beginning, and it dawned on me that, surprisingly, I have actually gotten better in the 9 months I've been on that account. I really want a gallery that doesn't show "improvement" on a large scale, but a a gallery with my best yet works. If that makes any sense. :/ Also I don't really plan on telling many people on that account about this account, as most of them are my friends, so I'm kind of testing the waters to see what kind of Community response I'll get regarding my work, instead of friend feedback that, while probably with good intentions, isn't quite as constructive as a stranger might be. And I hope to make new friends too, founded through the quality of my art and hopefully engaging discussions.
Again, if that makes any sense. lol
Also I feel like that name is too emo for me now. I wanted something cooler :>
