...You don't know about pinching on St. Patrick's day? D8 Or are you just being facetious?
I'll explain anyway. Kids have nothing else to do on St. Patrick's day, so if you're not wearing green, people pinch you. It's really just that simple. Adults go out and get wasted on alcohol, though, so... I felt that avoiding pinching was a safer way to go with this emote.

I know about the adults and going out to get wasted as most every boss/manager I've ever had would be AWOL on both 17 and 18 March.

I, however, did not know of the popularity/custom of pinching for not wearing green. I know I've gone some St Patrick's days without wearing green (I'm not one for wearing any holiday's particular color[s]) and have never been pinched.

My mom got me some awesome green accessories, so even if I hadn't found my green shirt, I'd be good. Hope you found yours, though! ^^
