My Entry to the #EmoticonOpus Contest "2009". ([link] )
The guidelines seemed pretty lax to me, so long as it had something to do with 2009. I may be entirely in the wrong, but here's my shot anyway.

2009 was a really good year for me. By then end of it, I'd gotten new friends, discovered the wonderful craft of emote making, progressed well with it, had a new account I adored, got better at my other art, and pretty much mellowed out, attracting less drama which allowed me to concentrate on things better. Versus 2008 which sucked major peppers.
Not that 2009 was perfect. But I was rather fond of that year.
So, I am portraying myself as a purple emote (my favorite color) and loving 2009.

So long, 2009, I shall miss ye.

2010, wow me! 8D

and if you fail, I'll smash you with a hammar.
