"For who would bear the whips and scorns of time?"- Hamlet
I had just recently watched David Tennant's portrayal of this famous speech from Hamlet ("To be or not to be...") and I was instantly reminded of the Doctor- the other character that David Tennant had portrayed (it's past tense now, how sad...). So with that being said- here was the result!
Made using Adobe photoshop CS4.
