Description
This is Viola, a cute little mouse girl (or rat, both is possible) with a beautiful purple bow. She is made of a lovely German viscose in the colours grey and dark brown. The viscose has a somewhat antique look, and combined with the subtle shading on her tail, ears and feet it gives her a soft and gentle look. Around her nose and eyes some light pastel was applied to complete the picture. The eyes are of black glass. Viola has soft whiskers made of individual flax strands, which should not be pulled. Flax is strong, but may still break when pulled. I got these flax strands during archaeobotany classes, I had to try it out and it works, but they are a bit vulnerable.

Viola has plastic safety joints in all of her limbs and head. The tail contains a pipecleaner, so it can be posed as well. She can stand on her own, as long as she can use her tail for support. Her feet are filled with special sand, the rest of her body is stuffed with polyester fibrefill.

This little mouse is 15 cm (6 inch) tall when standing, and 13 cm (5 inch) tall when sitting.
She was completely hand made by me

I could include Rudy the rat ( ) in her pictures before he had to be shipped away, and I think they did make a cute couple <3 They are of identical patterns (except for the ears) but as you can see, the fabric choice is very important for the look of the plushie! It makes a huge difference.
